Job Title: Customer Service Representative

TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist with our client's Open Enrollment period in the Baltimore metro area.

This is an immediate hiring project with work continuing into 2025.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to phone inquiries regarding healthcare eligibility and coverage questions
  • Decipher complex eligibility information from various electronic sources and deliver it courteously and effectively to our senior membership population
  • Meet high production and quality standards in a high-volume call center environment
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Medical scheduling/receptionist experience is also valuable
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology
  • PC proficiency in a Windows environment
Availability:

Must be available to work between 8:00am-6:00pm, with options for either an 8am-4pm or 10:00-6 shift

Compensation:

$22/hour
