About the Role

DealHub is a leading provider of sales engagement and revenue optimization solutions, empowering businesses to streamline their sales processes and drive growth. As a company that advocates a customer-first approach, we're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our Austin, TX team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation processes, ensuring seamless adoption of our solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMB customers, understanding their business objectives and identifying opportunities to drive value and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with the Sales team.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager from SaaS companies.
  • Excellent customer-facing approach with fluent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven hands-on experience with leading onboarding and implementation processes.
  • Proven experience and understanding of CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics/Hubspot).
  • Good understanding of sales and business processes.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor in front of C-suite and senior levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and work-under-pressure ability.
  • Experience with CPQ tools (an advantage).
