Userpilot is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success with our product.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing personalized assistance and support to help them achieve their business goals.
- Product Education: Develop and deliver product training and education to customers, ensuring they understand the full potential of our solution.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers, working closely with our internal teams to resolve issues.
- Business Development: Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role in a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Experience working with customer engagement/analytics products.
- Technical acumen, including knowledge of APIs and JavaScript.
- Fluency in additional languages.
