About the Role

As a Customer Success Intern at CDK Global, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. You will work closely with the Regional Manager and their team to engage in a wide range of activities that include internal reporting, strategic account planning, assisting with business transformation projects, acting as an intermediary for cross-functional teams, and contributing to team culture and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining pre-established relationships with dealership management.
  • Assess dealership risk factors, identify risk mitigation strategies to ensure continued success of CDK applications.
  • Prepare client-specific reports and presentations to educate and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales team, helping to grow CDK business and customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities, create a plan for addressing training needs for dealership staff.
  • Work closely with Sr. CSMs; occasionally assist where needed.
  • Seek and listen to feedback. Demonstrate a positive outlook on work. Provide recognition to peers.
Qualifications & Job Requirements
  • Must be a matriculated college student working towards an associate's, bachelor's, or master's degree in business or any related field.
  • Strong interest in Relationship Management, Automotive Tech or related field.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Some overnight travel may be required.
