We are in search of a proficient Senior Quality Assurance Lead to uphold the highest quality standards in our enterprise solution deliveries. This position requires a combination of technical expertise and leadership capabilities to steer our testing teams towards achieving excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of comprehensive testing strategies for intricate IT projects, encompassing both manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, software developers, and clients to embed quality assurance practices throughout all stages of project development.
  • Lead a team of quality assurance analysts and testers, providing guidance and support to ensure project milestones are achieved with accuracy.
  • Perform in-depth analyses to detect any defects or issues, ensuring resolution prior to product launches or deployments.
  • Continuously assess and integrate new testing tools and methodologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Produce detailed reports on quality metrics, testing outcomes, and defect tracking for stakeholders.
  • Establish and implement quality assurance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance and testing within the IT consulting domain, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in government, healthcare, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated success in leading quality assurance teams to deliver enterprise solutions effectively. Proficiency in various testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA), and technologies (e.g., AWS, Cloud Services, SaaS/PaaS solutions).
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating a team and engaging effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or relevant AWS certifications are highly regarded.
