Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular patrols in designated areas to prevent unauthorized access and ensure a visible security presence, thereby deterring theft and incidents.
  • Respond to communication via walkie-talkies and coordinate with store personnel.
  • Check in with store management regularly to maintain a strong security presence.
  • Work closely with on-site staff to address any security issues and provide necessary support.
  • React swiftly to alarms or incidents, taking appropriate actions in line with company protocols.
  • Keep detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and activities throughout the shift.
  • Serve as a point of contact for visitors and employees, providing assistance and information as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a bouncer or security role, particularly in high-theft retail environments.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with effective communication skills.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods and conduct foot patrols throughout the shift.
  • Possession of a valid CA BSIS Security Guard License.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, as patrol vehicles are utilized.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with technology, including CCTV systems and communication devices.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
