Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure the smooth operation of the community
  • Review and analyze monthly performance reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement effective marketing plans to attract new residents
  • Manage daily operations, including rent collection, resident retention, and maintenance
  • Collaborate with the maintenance supervisor to identify potential repairs and capital projects
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Community Director or Property Manager
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
