Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Hyatt House Davis, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with their stay.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest requests, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a positive attitude.
