Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent will provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience at The Forest Suites Resort. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests promptly and provide a warm welcome
  • Register guests, process payments, and handle room assignments
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate the front desk, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment
  • Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior experience necessary, but prior hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the front office area
