Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to our guests, creating a positive first impression.
  • Check-In and Check-Out Procedures: Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide Hotel Information: Offer information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to our guests.
  • Respond to Guest Inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Process Guest Payments: Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain the Front Desk Area: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Assist with Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and handling reservations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior Cash Handling Experience: Prior cash handling experience is necessary.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills are required.
  • Computer Skills: Very good computer skills are necessary.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills are required.
  • Ability to Multitask: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Hotel Operations Knowledge: Knowledge of hotel or resort operations is a plus.
