About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison to join our Healthcare team at Gresham Smith. As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their goals by providing expert guidance on clinical operations and design strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in patient outcomes and clinical processes.
  • Collaborate with clinical departments and caregivers to develop and implement effective design strategies that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Apply hospital standards and protocols to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive smooth transitions and successful implementation of new processes.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform program requirements, process improvements, and change management strategies.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, including interviews and end-user engagement.
  • Support the Research & Insights team by providing valuable data-driven insights and strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Clinical License, RN/MD required.
  • Special certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
  • Experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with various departments and caregivers.
  • Understanding of hospital standards and protocols.
  • Proven experience in change management strategies.
