Responsibilities:
* Provide outside marketing to hospitals, physician practices, and other senior living providers to promote our community and its programs.
* Educate healthcare professionals about our clinical programs and services by facilitating onsite meetings and sharing presentations.
* Identify and develop new referral sources for our company through new business development.
* Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and case managers.
* Provide ongoing support and assistance to healthcare professionals regarding our clinical services.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of clinical programs.
* Plan and implement special events to advance resident and community relations.
* Schedule and facilitate tours of our facility.
* Serve as a point of reference to potential residents and their families to explain our services, fees, and visitor procedures.
* Coordinate discharge plans and summaries as needed.
* Interact with co-workers, physicians, residents, and other customers in a manner that encourages harmonious working relationships and promotes positive customer relations.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
* One to two years related experience preferred with a working knowledge of managed care, insurance coverage plans, co-payments, and deductible schedules.
