Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of two years' experience as a nurse. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing day-to-day nursing activities for our assisted living and memory care residents, including interacting with residents, their families, and medical providers. Responsibilities
  • Implement day-to-day nursing activities for assisted living and memory care residents
  • Interact with residents, their families, and medical providers
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families
  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent required
  • Current nursing license (RN, LPN, or LVN) required
  • Minimum two years' experience as a nurse required
  • CPR certification required
  • Able to pass criminal record/background check
