Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $64,831 - $96,191, depending on experience.

**Job Description**

As an RN Fellow at Providence St. Joseph Health, you will have the opportunity to transition into a new specialty through a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning. This program is designed for registered nurses with more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience who are ready to transition to a new specialty.

The RN Fellow will work in a collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a new specialty, while also contributing to the growth and development of the healthcare team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be eligible for this position, you must have:

  • A graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • An Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • A National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire
  • At least one year of nursing experience (new to specialty)
