Job Description:
Fresenius Medical Care Holdings, Inc. is seeking a skilled Dialysis Care Specialist to join our team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for assigned patients.

About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. As a Dialysis Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support during dialysis procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and promoting patient education and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support during dialysis procedures under the direct supervision of a Hemodialysis Registered Nurse.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information, including vital signs and treatment parameters.
- Identify and report any unusual findings or equipment problems to the Hemodialysis RN.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in dialysis techniques and principles.

Requirements:
- Current appropriate state licensure as an LPN/LVN.
- Minimum of one year medical-surgical nursing experience, with six months of hemodialysis experience preferred.
- Successful completion of a training course in theory and practice of hemodialysis.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
