We are currently offering flexible nursing positions across our three specialized units within our Skilled Nursing Facility.
Compensation Differentials:
- Per Diem: Additional $2 per hour
- Evening Shift: Additional $3 per hour
- Night Shift: Additional $5 per hour
- Weekend Work: Additional $2 per hour (plus applicable shift differentials)
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current LPN license or compact license recognized by the State of Vermont is mandatory.
- Strong learning aptitude, excellent customer service, and teamwork skills are essential.
Experience:
While prior experience in long-term care is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy and compassion, reliability, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Strong communication skills and the capacity to follow through on tasks are necessary. Basic computer proficiency is also required, along with a commitment to patient care and customer service excellence.

Long Term Care Unit:
Our long-term care services build upon a 30-year legacy of high-quality support. This unit is distinct from our Memory Care Neighborhood and Short-Term Post Acute Rehabilitation Unit, focusing on personalized nursing care and daily living assistance, along with tailored programs and activities to meet residents' unique needs.
Memory Care Unit:
This unit is designed to cater to the evolving needs of individuals experiencing cognitive decline associated with dementia. Our early-stage program emphasizes activity-based care in a warm, supportive, and secure setting, aiming to uphold dignity, purpose, and functional ability. Our dedicated staff members are committed advocates for our residents, who may be unable to voice their needs.
Post Acute Care:
The objective of our Post Acute Unit is to deliver supportive, goal-oriented care following surgical procedures or hospitalization. Our specialized treatment programs equip patients with the necessary support and education to facilitate a swift return home, aiming to help them achieve their highest level of independence. We address a variety of conditions, including strokes, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, respiratory challenges, and post-trauma recovery.
Routine therapy services are available Monday through Friday, with the potential for therapy six days a week to optimize patient outcomes. Nursing staff extend therapeutic activities when therapy personnel are unavailable, ensuring continuous support for exercises and other activities designed by the therapy team.
