This is an hourly role offering $21 per hour. Your schedule will typically be Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional flexibility for overtime as needed. Position Requirements
To excel in the Residential Cleaning Specialist role, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning services.
  • The capability to operate with minimal oversight.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to engage effectively with colleagues.
  • Reliability and dependability.
  • The capacity to interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner.

Job Responsibilities Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will ensure that all common areas and client rooms are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. You will collaborate closely with the Custodian. At the beginning of your shift, your tasks will include tidying up common areas, fluffing pillows, collecting dishes, managing waste, and cleaning the main living spaces. Generally, you will follow a consistent routine each day. While the work is manageable, there will always be tasks to complete.

As a Residential Cleaning Specialist, you will move between two residential locations within the same property, accessible via a golf cart.
