Position Summary:
Are you a hospitality enthusiast with a knack for customer service? As a Front Desk Agent, you will be instrumental in crafting remarkable guest experiences. With your high energy and enthusiasm, you will be the welcoming face that greets and assists our guests throughout their stay. From smooth check-ins to offering valuable local insights, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel appreciated and valued. Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, establishing a positive first impression.
  • Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Process guest payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including answering phone calls and managing reservations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience with cash handling is essential.

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
