Position Summary:
Are you a customer-focused individual with a passion for service? As a Front Desk Agent, you will be pivotal in crafting remarkable guest experiences. With high energy and enthusiasm, you will be the welcoming face that assists our guests throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, establishing a positive first impression.
  • Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Process guest payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including answering phone calls and managing reservations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience with cash handling is essential.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hotel or resort operations is advantageous.
