Position Summary:
We are in search of a dedicated and guest-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to enhance our team in delivering a remarkable dining experience for our patrons. In this role, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in training and developing staff while overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. You will manage personnel and ensure the highest standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in the hospitality sector, showcasing exceptional leadership capabilities and a strong customer-centric approach. If you are an energetic, sociable, and detail-focused individual with a passion for the hospitality field, we would be eager to connect with you.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
  • TIPS, CPR & Serve Safe certifications are preferred.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
