Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide medical services to adolescents and young adults in our residential treatment homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with medical stability
  • Work closely with the nursing team to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Attend and participate in required staff meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Nursing
  • 5 years of practice experience with a collaborating physician
  • At least 1 year experience as a provider
  • Licensed in the State as an APRN and Board Certified in Family Medicine
  • Experience working with adolescents and young adults
