Your Role
As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you will foster connections with clients through sophisticated selling techniques, outstanding customer service, and personalized engagement, establishing yourself as their trusted style advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-focused approach in all interactions.
- Exhibit expert knowledge of styling and brand offerings to enhance sales through innovative technology and wardrobe consulting.
- Adapt product presentations based on client interactions, whether remote or in-person.
- Utilize advanced selling tools and digital technology to drive sales, leveraging omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
- Meet personal sales targets, client conversion rates, and wardrobe consulting objectives.
- Strategically manage your business to boost individual productivity through effective outreach and technology use.
- Employ digital platforms and social media to engage clients and direct intentional traffic.
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Driven individual with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Proficient in technology and experienced in digital client engagement.
- Background in styling, fashion, and retail is preferred.
- Experience in commission-based sales is advantageous.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
