Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Coordinator I to join our team at Novocure. This is a full-time, hourly position that will report to the Supervisor, Financial Coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with patients, physicians, and internal departments
• Collaborate with key team members to understand customer needs and urgency
• Execute timely follow-up with customers to secure requested information
• Accurately log communications and hand-offs in systems
• Review accounts, understand current status, and communicate account needs clearly
• Assist customers with reimbursement-related requests and ensure consistency across customer-facing functions
• Identify opportunities for additional or improved services to meet unmet customer needs
• Ensure all communications and interactions align with Novocure's patient-forward mission

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in healthcare or customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with basic medical and insurance terminology preferred
• Experience working with CRM and documentation management systems preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers
• Demonstrated excellence in meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Ability to solve problems and set priorities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
