Job Description
As a Lead Electrical Distribution and Power Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in leading our electrical design team and providing expert guidance on electrical distribution and power systems. Your primary responsibilities will include designing electrical distribution and power systems under the direction of a lead engineer, preparing project deliverables with attention to detail, understanding and applying building codes and electrical industry standards, and interacting with clients and other project team members.

You will also support the project lead in developing opinions of probable construction costs, contribute to site visits and prepare reports, and implement the project quality management plan (QMP). Additionally, you will perform other duties as assigned by the project lead.

We offer a competitive salary range of $76,900 - $99,800 annually, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including performance bonuses, employer-paid health insurance, 401(k) contributions, professional development reimbursements, commuter benefits, cell phone stipends, life insurance, disability benefits, employee assistance programs, and paid time off for sick leave, family leave, community service, holidays, and vacation.

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, a minimum of 2-3 years of AEC/built environment industry experience, and knowledge of electrical systems and engineering concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Revit/AutoCAD, and Easy Power is also essential.
