Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Oracle Cloud HCM Developer to join our team at Providence Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical development services throughout the System Development Life-cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design specification, code development, unit, integration, and acceptance testing and implementation support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical development services throughout the SDLC
  • Design and develop Oracle HCM Cloud applications
  • Develop and implement unit, integration, and acceptance testing
  • Provide implementation support and maintenance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Information Services
  • 10+ years of experience as a systems analyst developer, including at least 3 years supporting Oracle HCM modules
  • Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tech skills, including Data Loader, Integrations, Extensions, Reports, Extracts, and Fast Formulas
  • Experience with Middleware technologies, including OIC, integration patterns, and orchestration development
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud/e-business HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain, and/or Finance
  • Experience with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) development
  • Experience with customization of Redwood pages
  • Experience with API development and management
