Job Title: Product Researcher - Kinesiology

We are seeking an experienced researcher to conduct in-lab biomechanics research, focusing on product development and mechanics research. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biomechanics, engineering, or kinesiology, with hands-on experience in robotics or mechatronics highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Principal Researcher to understand and execute the research plan and vision.
  • Conduct experiments independently and develop new tools and methods for data acquisition.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize biomechanical data from research, effectively communicating findings to the team.
  • Participate in regular meetings to align on research progress and next steps.
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in engineering, Biomechanics, Kinesiology, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in biomechanics or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in biomechanical data collection tools and methodologies.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Matlab, R, Visual 3D, or JavaScript for biomechanical analyses.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, resilient attitude.
  • Experience in robotics or mechatronics is a plus.
