We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to join our team at the University of Wyoming's Studio Coe. As a Technical Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to patrons, assist with hardware and software, and contribute to the development of audio, video, and graphic design projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to patrons, including assistance with hardware and software, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of audio-visual equipment, virtual reality systems, and computer hardware.
  • Support the development of audio, video, and graphic design projects, including creating tutorials and workshops.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of Studio Coe and supported spaces.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Must be a current UW student enrolled for Fall semester 2024.
  • Must have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • Must have an interest in graphic design, audio-visual production, virtual reality, and/or computer coding.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience with graphic design, audio-visual production, virtual reality, and/or computer coding hardware/software.
