About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Learning Experience Designer to join our Global Procurement Organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating activity-rich learning experiences that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Articulate clear descriptions, benefits, and execution plans for managed capabilities, skills, and programs
  • Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously, prioritizing and executing projects using a sprint methodology
  • Select subject-matter-experts and collaborate with them to identify measurable pain points and articulate learning objectives
  • Create project plans, select learning modalities, and develop prototypes that translate into learner-centered, performance-based learning assets
  • Deploy learning using effective communication strategies, prepare facilitators as needed, and leverage science and data-driven approaches to design, deploy, and evaluate learning assets
  • Manage, interpret, and analyze business data to report conclusions and make recommendations based on findings

Requirements
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 7+ years relevant experience in an instructional design role
  • Bachelor's Degree in instructional design, education technology, or similar field
  • Experience developing and implementing department goals and strategies based on broader organization goals
  • Expertise using eLearning development tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and Captivate
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in or supporting a procurement function like category or supplier management
  • Experience managing projects of medium to high scope independently, while working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Proven work experience designing and delivering training solutions to large organizations
  • Experience developing and managing learning experience platforms
  • Experience assessing curriculum effectiveness to develop solutions that positively impact learner performance

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
