Job Summary

This is a remote contract role for a Contract Instructional Designer at GEM Learning Consultants. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for needs analysis, instructional design, training & development, learning management, and curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs analysis to identify learning objectives and requirements
  • Design and develop instructional content, including eLearning modules and training materials
  • Develop and implement learning management systems to support training and development initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and learning management

Requirements

  • Needs Analysis and Curriculum Development skills
  • Instructional Design and Training & Development expertise
  • Expertise in eLearning and asset creation tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, and Canva
  • Proficiency in Learning Management systems
  • Experience in creating engaging learning materials
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Relevant certifications in instructional design or related field
