Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales manager to lead our real estate team to success. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing a scalable sales process, identifying new business opportunities, and managing all competitor, customer, and market research. You will also be responsible for setting individual sales targets, controlling expenses, and monitoring budgets.

As a licensed real estate agent, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our agents to provide exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
