Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our team at The Josh Hanoud Team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong ability to motivate and coach sales professionals. You will be responsible for analyzing sales data, developing plans to address performance gaps, and setting aggressive sales goals with our sales team.

Additionally, you will manage all competitor, customer, and market research, as well as manage budgets and expenses. You will also be responsible for developing a scalable sales process and ensuring our agents adhere to it correctly.

As a leader, you will be expected to lead by example with production, processes, and systems updates. You will also be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and communicating effectively with both written and verbal communication.

We are looking for a team player who is passionate about teaching and coaching, with a strong ability to build relationships and help others be successful. If you have a proven track record of success as a Sales Manager or team lead, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address performance gaps
