LGI Homes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Port Charlotte area. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of New Home Sales Consultants, and guiding customers through the new home sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, select, train, manage, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed annual sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
- Conduct monthly goal setting sessions and facilitate group training to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in training, managing, and motivating teams.
