We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Residential Care Manager to oversee our group homes and ensure a nurturing and supportive environment for our residents.
As a Residential Care Manager, you will play a vital role in:
- Leadership and Supervision: Effectively manage and supervise a team of dedicated staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Individualized Support: Develop and implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) tailored to the unique needs and goals of each resident.
- Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the group home, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for residents. This includes managing meal planning, budgeting, and coordinating appointments with healthcare providers and community resources.
