Job Title: Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional

Project Redirect is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Residential Program, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and well-being.
  • Supervise and mentor direct care staff to ensure high-quality care and services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of support plans and services.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a safe and supportive living environment.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and community partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and best practices to ensure the highest level of care and support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
  • Two years of verifiable experience in direct care or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
  • First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent leadership and crisis intervention skills.
