Job Description

Project Redirect seeks a highly skilled Residential Director to oversee the day-to-day operation and strategic planning of Residential Services and affiliated programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and supervise Waiver funded facilities, including Supported Living and In-Home Support.
  2. Oversee, supervise, and monitor Supported Living and In-Home Support and Community Based Waivers programs and facilities.
  3. Collaborate with government agencies to ensure delivery of services to individuals with disabilities.
  4. Perform Quality Assurance in accordance with the PCR model, monitoring agency programs and ensuring timely documentation in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Work closely with the management team and individuals with disabilities' circle of support to ensure their needs are met.
  6. Identify undefined needs and advocate for necessary services.
  7. Monitor and maintain prior authorizations for needed services.
  8. Complete Action Plans of Corrections as required by government agencies.
  9. Facilitate new developments and intake processes.
  10. Direct the work activities of the QDDP, Residential Managers, and Direct Care Staff.
  11. Conduct Performance Management Reviews.
  12. Oversee quarterly goals for grants, contracts, and new business.
  13. Facilitate HRC meetings.
  14. Collaborate with the Nursing Department and Day Habilitation Services.

Requirements:

Master's Degree preferred in Business Management, Human Services, or Health Administration, with specialized training in working with the developmentally disabled. At least five to seven years of supervisory and management experience required. Training in crisis intervention preferred but not required.

  2. Ability to supervise, lead, and delegate tasks and authority.
  3. Maintain confidentiality of work-related information and materials.
  4. Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  5. Interpersonal and communication skills, including tact and diplomacy.
  6. Demonstrated proficiency using standard office software applications.
  7. Flexibility and organization.

Work Environment:

The work environment is mainly an office environment with occasional travel to individuals' related sites.
