About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Education Recruiter to join our team at Trinity Washington University. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in recruiting new students for enrollment in our undergraduate and graduate programs.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Job:

  • Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to reach prospective students across various age groups and locations.
  • Work closely with academic units and disciplines to recruit students, aligning recruiter portfolios with candidate experience and interest.
  • Travel occasionally to meet with high school counselors, college access programs, and employers.
  • Represent Trinity at recruitment events and fairs.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to inform future strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in higher education admissions or sales.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
