Education Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled Education Program Administrator (Fellows) to join our team at the National Museum of Natural History. This position offers a unique opportunity to coordinate, manage, and execute all aspects of our Fellowship Program.
As an experienced professional development specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting fellows and host sites, implementing professional development programs, onboarding fellows, developing program guidelines, managing program budget, and coordinating with the grant committee.
Your expertise in program management techniques, including planning, directing, and administering relevant programs, will be invaluable in this role. You will also work independently and collaboratively across programs and partnerships to achieve our goals.
This position is open to all qualified candidates who possess a degree from an accredited college or university that included or was supplemented by major study in education or a subject-matter field appropriate to the position. Your extensive experience in designing, implementing, or managing professional development programming for undergraduate students, graduate fellows, post-doctoral fellows, or other adult learners will be essential in this role.
