Job Title: Client Relationship Specialist

At JFS Wealth Advisors, we are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide asset management support to advisors and clients, utilizing a team approach to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor transactions and client needs, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Facilitate new client onboarding and account openings/transfers, working closely with advisors and custodians to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Process daily deposits, fulfill distributions requests, and ensure RMDs are taken appropriately.
  • Complete administrative functions related to client accounts, including account maintenance and service requests.
  • Interface with clients to provide exceptional service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across the firm to promote a smooth workflow, identify and resolve problems, and advance the firm's image.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or a minimum of 4 years related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) software systems, Excel, Word, and Microsoft suite.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Client service orientation, with a strong understanding of financial planning processes and wealth management services.
