Department: Private Bank Service Team
Overview of the Role:
The Client Services Specialist plays a vital role in managing the Private Banking loan account lifecycle, ensuring that clients receive outstanding service and support throughout the process. This position focuses on various tasks within the Private Bank Service Team, including the processing of modifications and the initiation of client loans within the Bank's internal systems. Effective collaboration with the Sales organization, Portfolio Management, Counsel, Compliance, Financial Advisors, and other relevant stakeholders is essential for delivering an exceptional client experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Accurately record client information in loan applications and oversee the loan process from initiation to completion, including closing and booking.
- Work closely with the Private Bank Service Team to address and fulfill client requests.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including relationship managers, sales representatives, portfolio managers, counsel, compliance, borrowers, and other authorized parties involved in each transaction.
- Consistently provide a superior client experience.
- Engage with different teams within the bank to enhance existing processes.
- Actively participate in assigned projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial sector, with at least 2 years in bank operations or client service roles.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.
- Attention to detail, understanding of loan processes and systems, and knowledge of lending requirements.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities.
- A strong work ethic and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
