Occupational Therapist for Children with Autism

QSAC, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Whitestone Day School.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and passionate OT to work with children and young adults on the Autism Spectrum between 5-21 years old. The successful candidate will develop and implement treatment plans to improve functional skills, socialization, and communication.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a related setting and a strong background in occupational therapy principles. A graduate degree from an accredited program and current licensure in New York State are required.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Provide direct service and supervision to students and staff members
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress
- Collaborate with other team members, school personnel, and families to ensure comprehensive support
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure in Occupational Therapy in New York State
- 1-3 years of experience working in a related setting, preferably with individuals with autism
- Vaccination requirement
