This role requires a seasoned leader who can oversee all aspects of property and facilities management, including developing and implementing strategies for maintaining and improving existing properties, identifying opportunities for expansion and growth, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. A bachelor's degree plus one year's experience or Associate's degree plus three years' progressively responsible positions in Facilities Management are required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, heating and building operations, as well as effective oral and written communication skills. About the Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Divisional Director, Residential Development to lead our property and facilities management function. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all new facility development and rehabilitation, including working closely with architects, engineers, and funding sources during pre-development, construction, and initial occupancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in facilities management and be able to supervise a team of professionals.
