We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve functional independence and improve their quality of life.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including up to $7,500 in sign-on bonuses, up to $2,500 in relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist at JAG Physical Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating patients' strengths and weaknesses to develop effective treatment plans
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Implementing evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes
  • Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing education and training to patients and their support systems
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of employment
  • At least one year of experience in hand therapy
  • Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
