Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a remarkable client experience by providing timely and effective support
Resolve client inquiries and transactions in a call center environment
Take ownership of client issues and work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert support
Requirements:
Associate's degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide options
Proficiency with current software packages and ability to navigate multiple systems and applications
