As a vital member of our State Farm Agent team, you will play a key role in our daily business operations and customers' success. Your primary responsibility will be to grow our agency through meaningful client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Dedicated to customer service.
  • Able to anticipate customer needs.
  • Able to effectively relate to customers.
