STXZ LLC is a premier Private Lacrosse Training Company dedicated to enhancing the skills of lacrosse players across various age groups. Our services are offered in multiple locations, ensuring accessibility for our clients.
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced lacrosse instructors who possess a genuine passion for teaching the game of lacrosse. Ideal candidates will have a positive demeanor, patience, and a nurturing approach when working with young athletes.
Compensation Structure
Our trainers receive prompt payments through PayPal within 24 hours after each session. Detailed compensation information will be provided during the application process.
- Earn $35-$45 for each 1-hour training session
- Earn $40-$50 for each 45-minute training session
- Earn $25-$35 for each 30-minute training session
Additional Benefits
We offer travel bonuses based on the distance from your location to the client's venue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience in lacrosse
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Energetic and engaging personality when interacting with children
- Ability to work independently
- Must provide your own lacrosse training equipment
Work Flexibility
- Set your own schedule
- Conduct training sessions at clients' homes or local fields
- Choose the distance you are comfortable traveling for sessions
- Select the number of clients you wish to work with
- Covered under a comprehensive general liability insurance policy
- Maintain direct communication with clients to discuss scheduling
