Radiology Training Specialists provide training and education to radiology staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs for radiology personnel.
- Provide hands-on training and mentoring to new staff and students.
- Assess educational needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Stay updated on advancements in radiology technology and practices.
- Collaborate with department leaders to enhance staff competencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Radiology Technology or a related field.
- Experience in radiology and teaching or clinical education.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and professional development.
