Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Specialist to join our team at GRE Management. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the competencies of our team by delivering training programs that align with our company's core values. Your primary objective will be to boost workplace performance and drive professional growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions for on-site team members based on identified needs, developing and updating training materials and programs to ensure they are current and effective.
  • Provide one-on-one training and support to new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Assist the Team Lead with onboarding by acclimating new team members to company culture and conduct orientation sessions.
  • Assist with developing team members for their next step of their career path.
  • Work on special projects as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of proven on-site experience in property management.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Yardi Voyager, CRM Flex, and CRM IQ.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum one (1) year with GRE Management.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in property management or related field preferred.

Computer Skills:

Knowledge of Yardi, Microsoft Access, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Windows Operating System.

Language Proficiency:

Must be able to speak, read, and write in English, in a manner sufficient to carry out duties.
