We are seeking a dynamic Operational Leader with a passion for excellence to step into the role of Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing operations across the state of Texas.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that business operations are both effective and efficient. The successful candidate will cultivate strong relationships with clients, pinpoint opportunities for profitability, and formulate strategic initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of resources, ensuring optimal service delivery to clients, and conducting thorough system analyses.
  • Guide the business towards achieving superior performance metrics as outlined in the company scorecard, actively participating in strategic planning sessions as needed.
  • Foster relationships at all organizational levels to promote collaboration and success.
  • Develop a high-performing and results-oriented team within the region.
  • Engage in the sales process by collaborating with the pre-proposal site survey team, assisting in presentations, negotiations, and final contract approvals.

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.



Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience in personnel management, including recruitment, supervision, performance evaluation, and succession planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus amidst frequent interruptions.
  • Strong decision-making skills based on financial data and relevant metrics.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing profitability, sustainability, and innovation across various channels in alignment with business objectives.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple service lines.
