We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Service Dispatcher to join our team at Kelly Jeep Chrysler. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive service industry and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service work
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with service advisors and customers
- Monitor and manage shop capacity to maximize productivity and profitability
- Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control
- Automotive service advisor experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
