Job Title: Transit Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Transit Sales Manager to join our team at Flowbird America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business and cultivating relationships with potential clients in the fare collection industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities within the transit and fare collection sectors.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in transit agencies and related organizations.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of client projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the transit, fare collection, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in securing new business and managing key government accounts.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
